How does an engagement begin?

With a working session on the problem itself. You then receive a fixed-scope proposal with architecture, success measures, timeline and price.

How do you measure success?

Every engagement defines its measures upfront, such as hours saved, error rates or response times, and we report against them.

How much does a bespoke AI system cost?

Every engagement is scoped and priced upfront. Cost depends on what the system must do, the systems it connects to and the level of ongoing support.

Who owns what you build?

You do. Code, models and deliverables belong to the client once paid.

How do you handle our data?

We agree in writing how your data is accessed, stored and protected before any work begins, and systems can be deployed inside your own cloud where required.
